These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and NWI Computer LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of NWI School Lunch Alerts (the "Service"). By signing up for the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
NWI School Lunch Alerts sends a text message each school morning with that day's lunch menu for the school and district you selected at signup. Menus are based on information published by the school districts. Districts occasionally change menus without notice, and we are not responsible for errors, substitutions, or last-minute changes in a menu a district publishes.
At signup, the Service may still be awaiting final approval of its texting service. During that period, signing up saves your spot; morning menu texts begin once the texting service is approved and the Service is live.
Who can sign up
You must be 18 years or older and the parent or guardian of a student in a covered district (or otherwise authorized) to sign up. You are responsible for making sure the mobile number you provide is yours and can receive text messages.
SMS / text message terms
- By signing up, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from NWI School Lunch Alerts at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: typically one message per school day for each subscription, plus occasional service notices.
- Message and data rates may apply. Any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
- To stop the texts at any time, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further menu texts will be sent. Stopping texts does not by itself cancel billing — cancel your subscription as described below to stop charges.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage and is not guaranteed.
Free trial and billing
- New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- After the free trial ends, your subscription is $2.99 per month, billed automatically to the payment method you provided at checkout, and it renews each month until cancelled.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. To cancel, follow the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or email us at nwicomputerllc@gmail.com and we will cancel for you.
- If you cancel mid-month, your subscription stays active through the end of that paid period, and monthly charges already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we may pause or end your subscription until payment is resolved.
- We may change the monthly price with at least 30 days' notice by text or email before the new price takes effect for your subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for your own household's use, to provide accurate signup information, and not to attempt to interfere with or misuse the Service.
Service availability and changes
We work to send the menu text every school morning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Texts may be delayed or missed due to carrier issues, district schedule changes, school closures, holidays, or technical problems. We may change, pause, or discontinue the Service, or change which districts are covered, with notice by text or email where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NWI Computer LLC's total liability for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Menus are provided for convenience; always confirm allergy or dietary information directly with your child's school — a menu text is not medical or dietary advice.
Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
